In this specific area, microbiological tests and cultures of biological fluids (nasal, pharyngeal, sputum, urine, vaginal, semen), feces, nails and skin damage are performed for common microbes (aerobic - anaerobic), mycoplasma, ureaplasma and chlamydia.

After the end of the examination, if necessary, an antibiogram is given on the microbe, giving the ordering physician the opportunity to choose the most appropriate antibiotic for his patient.
